Welcome to the Alchemy Sound Studio... A luxurious Sound Healing space for rest and rejuvenation. The home of 21 planetary & elemental gongs, an extensive collection of Alchemy crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments. The studio provides: comfortable mattresses, pillows, eye pillows, weighted blankets, gorgeous high vibrational essences, candles and oils, affirmation cards and crystals.

Welcome to the Alchemy Retreat Studio... This is a private space for you to have the freedom to express yourself, connect with your inner child and have some fun! We welcome you to experiment with our art materials and take inspiration from our Colour Mirror bottles. This space is where we hold our private retreats, corporate sessions, special events and workshops.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Introducing Fiona Penfold, the creator of Alchemy in the New Forest... Fiona’s career journey has been from Lawyer to Child & Relationship Therapist to Sound Therapist. She has studied many different modalities including Colour Therapy, EFT, Reiki, Art Therapy, Environmental Art Therapy, Forest Bathing and Sound Therapy.
Fiona has been offering Sound Healing sessions for the past 7 years and she feels that Sound Therapy is her final destination and ultimate calling and the other trainings help inspire her offerings.
Fiona is a member of The College of Sound Healing and sound has been part of her life since training in classical piano and violin as a child.
Fiona is devoted to creating a loving and luxurious space for community and individual wellbeing as well as holding space for your transformation and healing.
