Introducing Fiona Penfold, the creator of Alchemy in the New Forest. Fiona’s journey has been from Mother to Lawyer to Child Therapist to Environmental Art Therapist to Sound Therapist.
Fiona is devoted to creating a loving and luxurious space for community and individual wellbeing as well as holding space for your transformation and healing. She has created a therapeutic retreat space providing sound healing, art therapy and forest bathing.
THE ALCHEMY SOUND STUDIO

Welcome to the Alchemy Sound Studio... A luxurious Sound Healing space for rest and rejuvenation. The home of 21 planetary & elemental gongs, and an extensive collection of Alchemy crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments. The studio provides: comfortable mattresses, pillows, eye pillows, weighted blankets, gorgeous high vibrational essences, candles and oils, affirmation cards and crystals. We use organic and sustainable products whenever we can and all our offerings to you are of the quality and care that we would want for ourselves.
THE ALCHEMY RETREAT

Welcome to the Alchemy Retreat Studio... This is a private space for you to have the freedom to express yourself, connect with your inner child and have some fun! We welcome you to experiment with our art materials and take inspiration from our Colour Mirror bottles. This space is where we hold our private retreats and special events.
